It was a fantastic experience. Gorgeous hotel and the location in the center of most of the main attractions was marvellous. A double room I stayed at was big size and huge with hot tub.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Good meals, overall everything was well-maintained.
I stayed in this excellent hotel for 1 day, had good experience, greatly enjoyed its favourable location near the MRT and the 2 areas and Close to 24 hours convenient stores. The staff was helpful and around most of the time. I asked for a double room, it was nicely equipped and romantic. The services were great, including scrumptious and satisfactory breakfasts and free parking if needed.

Totally recommend for a city break
Spacious room, relaxing environment, with a private hot spring soak that was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is so convenient, just a two-minute walk from the MRT station for easy access to the area.

The location is perfect. Our room featured its own hot spring tub which was a fantastic way to unwind. We sampled the public spa and loved the complimentary drinks and snacks. The local vibe was cute. A perfect pit stop for our family with friends!
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast area could use more attentive staff.

very comfortable stay and great hot springs
The room was spacious with a private hot spring tub that was fantastic. I loved the sauna and steam room in the spa area. Breakfast had a nice variety, including vegetarian options. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is great, just a short walk from the train station. Overall a nice experience with great amenities.

The private hot spring tub in the Beautiful Double Room was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Plus, the public onsen experience was next level-think three fine hot spring pools, including a refreshing cold tub and a heavenly jacuzzi 🌊✨
